Feedback is extremely important to us at Huddersfield Town, and we want to know about any areas for improvement to make our service and the supporter experience better for you!

This page will be updated periodically with feedback we have received from our supporters across all our channels and the actions we have taken to address them.

Fundraising

Feedback: Fans wanted a way to honour Marcus Stewart
Actions: We have launched ‘Miles for Marcus’ due to take place in September 2023 to raise funds for the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation, in Marcus’ name

Ticketing

Feedback: Fans wanted to be able to buy tickets every weekday at the Stadium
Actions: We have extended the Ticket Office opening hours during the week to Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Retail

Feedback: Fans wanted to be able to purchase larger size replica shirts
Actions: The Club shop have ordered 5XL and 6XL Home and Away replica shirts

Catering

Feedback: Fans would like to see healthier food options for juniors
Actions: The Terrier Kidsbox, previously only available in the Terriers Together Stand Upper Tier is now available in all home stands and now has the option of either ham or cheese sandwich alongside carrot and cucumber sticks, cherry tomatoes, fruit, a biscuit and water for £4. We are also giving away free fruit to juniors sitting in the Terriers Together Stand Upper Family Area.

Match Day Experience

Feedback: Fans found find it difficult to hear the PA Announcer on match day
Actions: New pitchside speakers are being trialled to improve audio clarity

Match Day Experience

Feedback: Fans wanted more of an atmosphere in the Magic Rock Fanzone
Actions: Huddersfield band FLAWES performed a set pre match at the Leicester match to a great reception and Norwich City saw a DJ building up the atmosphere up until kick off

Retail

Feedback: Fans wanted to see a streetwear range stocked in the Club shop
Actions: The Club shop will be stocking a new range of on trend, streetwear style apparel

Catering

Feedback: Fans wanted to be able to purchase drinks on the Stadium site
Actions: In addition to the new Magic Rock Fanzone which now features two drinks outlets, and the Legends Bar, we have introduced satellite bars in two locations in front of the Core Lower Tier to ease queuing

Retail

Feedback: Fans wanted the ability to purchase or collect merchandise at different locations around the Stadium on Match Day 
Actions: A new retail unit has been installed in the Magic Rock Fanzone area stocking replica shirts, hats, scarves, pocket money items and more. Small retail items can now also be purchased at food and drink kiosks within the Stadium. Finally, a new retail order collection point has been created for Hospitality guests.

Accessibility

Feedback: Disabled supporters travelling on the official supporters coaches requested a way to allocate set places for accessibility purposes
Actions: Supporters who need front row seats due to access needs can contact dlo@htafc.com or inform ticket office staff at the time of purchasing away tickets to reserve places

Facilities

Feedback: Female supporters requested improvements to toilet and sanitary facilities across the Stadium, including ensuring that sanitary bins were available in all female cubicles to complement the period products which the Club has been providing free for supporters since 2018
Actions: As an initial action, as of January 2024, every cubicle in both female and accessible toilets will have a sanitary waste disposal bin within

Services

Feedback: A number of supporters had asked for additional help with using the Club’s online services such as building their online ticketing network, and had other queries which required in person support
Actions: The Supporter Services team will be running in person weekly drop-in sessions for fans which will take place every Wednesday 9am-12noon from the Legends Café Bar. Staff will be on hand to support with topics such as ticketing, accessibility, match day experience and other general enquiries.

Accessibility

Feedback: Our blind and visually impaired supporters had reported issues with the Club’s audio commentary headsets
Actions: The Club has purchased new, upgraded commentary systems to give the best possible service to our supporters
