ALL TOGETHER TOWN MEETING NOTES

Details of latest meeting released

- ATT Voices Panel meeting in April 2016
- Fans’ panel meeting attended by Stadium caterers Sodexo
- Chief Executive Julian Winter attends with Directors Sean Jarvis, Ann Hough & Roger Burnley
 
Details from the April 2016 meeting of the 'All Together Town' meeting have today been released.
 
This meeting's focus was a discussion on catering at the John Smith's Stadium, with representatives from Sodexo in attendance
 
17 members of the Voices Panel were in attendance as well as several Huddersfield Town staff members including Commercial Director Sean Jarvis, Operations Director Ann Hough, Non-Executive Director Roger Burnley, Ticket Office Manager Sue Beaumont, Marketing Coordinator Jonathan Wilkinson, Club Ambassador Andy Booth and Supporter Partnerships Executive Rachel Taylor.
 
Independent Supporter Liaison Officer Nathan Hosker also attended. Ian Simpson and Bryan Telfer attended as representatives from Stadium company caterers Sodexo.
 
Sean Jarvis opened the meeting by reiterating the purpose of the Voices Panel meetings and gave an update on Season Cards and the ticket initiative for the Brentford match.
 
Representatives from Sodexo gave a presentation regarding the catering at the Stadium and their plans for the 2016/17 season. Voices Panel members were invited to ask questions and give feedback on their experiences.

The meeting finished with discussions over the subject of the next meeting, when Sodexo will be invited to report on catering progress. Also on the agenda would be the long term plans for the South Stand along with Match Day experience and themes.
